The Department of Education is cutting 50 percent of its workforce. This is a good step towards elimination of state control over the education of our children; however, will this lead to a complete end, or will this progress plateau? Education is one of the places where the war of ideas burns the hottest, and every parent should be deeply involved in their child's education. It isn't enough to hand your children over to the government to be raised. Christian parents need to take a stand against all state control over education.

The destructive, evil nature of anger is particularly evident in children who are captivated by the angry spirit well into their teenage years. Whether it be the screaming, hitting, spitting, explosive sort, or more of the sullen silence, the biting sarcasm, and cold looks - anger can destroy a home. More and more church attendees are leaving the church, with Baptists and Presbyterians losing a percentage over the past several years.
