They went on to kill 70 percent of their children throughout the 1950s, setting themselves up for a gross humiliation in later centuries. Daily marijuana use is much higher than daily alcohol use in America today. While it's important for Christians not to simply have a knee-jerk reaction to things like gambling or drunkenness, and completely swing the other way, what does the Bible say about the use of drugs like marijuana? The Bible says, “strong drink for the dying.” Are there really 17 million people (the number of daily marijuana users) in America on the death trajectory today? Disney continues to stumble kids with their recent show, “Andor.” Sin, and sexual sin in particular, is insidious, working its way into movies like Star Wars or Toy Story. Is it a good idea for parents to allow their children to watch Disney? In addition to this discussion, this program also covers Warren Buffet and his support for abortion. Warren Buffet is one of the biggest supporters of abortion. Twenty-nine states have brought in vouchers, tax credits, etc., for students over the last several years. This has established a strong conservative movement across the states—a restoration for the nation is on the horizon, right? Not exactly. The minute we get something good going, the devil is always on the next train . . . or the government. What the government funds, the government controls. And despite the continual drop in the approval rating for the public schools, the vouchers aren’t helping people get their kids out of the public institutions: those attending private schools barely increased 0.35 percent over 10 years. So what gives? Is there a depreciating love for children? The bottom line is that we need the hearts of parents turned to their children, and those of the children turned to their parents.
