Honest - We are the only health team that balances detox with understanding mold contamination and hypersensitivity from chronic exposures. Experienced - Our goal is to continue preserving the medical history of toxic mold through research and education. Practical - We teach you how to use your senses to mitigate toxic exposures because trusting yourself is more important that trusting a test result. Education- We’re tired of seeing people spend their life’s savings trying to get well. Healing can be achieved by being apart of a community that understands what you are going through. With over 38 years of combined experience in discovering the intricacies of toxic mold injuries, we are confident we can provide you with the tools you need to regain your health. In an effort to help those suffering from mold injuries, we created a free resource, The Exposing Mold Podcast, where Erik, Kealy, and Alicia meet weekly to discuss the growing topic of toxic mold and other environmental concerns with top experts in the field. Airs every Monday at 9:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time.Kealy Severson is a toxic mold survivor, holds a Master’s degree in Oriental Medicine, Nutrition, and Acupuncture, is an environmentally acquired injury specialist offering special health consultations and herbal formulations for those that have been mold injured, and is the Founder and President of Exposing Mold Inc. Erik Johnson has over 35 years of experience in mold avoidance and understands the minutiae of mold contamination to reduce hypersensitivities. He is an Incline Village survivor and the prototype for Dr. Gary Holmes' 1988 Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, creator of Erik Style Mold Avoidance, Author of “The Role of Toxic Mold in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome,” U.S. Army Veteran, and is the Education and is the Research Director of Exposing Mold Inc.Alicia Swamy is a toxic mold survivor, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Investigation and Law Enforcement Administration, a Master’s degree in Health Education and Nutrition, is a mold avoidance consultant, and is Vice President of Exposing Mold Inc.Please support us by liking, sharing, and donating to our GoFundMe fundraiser and join our Patreon education group today. Episode 44 - Piecing Together the Mystery of the Increase in Toxic Mold Injuries with Dr. Dale Bredesen
Dr. Dale Bredesen’s career has been guided by a simple idea: Alzheimer’s as we know it is not just preventable, but reversible. Dr. Bredesen’s dedicated pursuit of the science that makes this a reality has placed him at the vanguard of neurological research and led to the discoveries that today underlie the ReCODE Protocol. His research explores previously uncharted territory in explaining the physical mechanism behind the erosion of memory seen in Alzheimer’s disease, and has opened the door to new approaches to treatment. This has led to the identification of several new therapeutic processes that are showing remarkable early results. He is a prodigious innovator in medicine, with over thirty patents to his name. Notably, he put much of his findings and research into the 2017 NY Times‘ Best-Seller, The End of Alzheimer’s. His most recent book, The First Survivors of Alzheimer’s, presents the stories of seven individuals who reversed their cognitive decline using the ReCODE Protocol. In this episode, Dr. Bredesen and Erik become medical Sherlock Holmes by connecting Stachybotrys mold exposure to chronic illness.
