Kathryn Hill is an elite trail runner. She has won several ultra marathon races in China this past year. In her first attempt at running a 100 mile (168km) race, she finished in 26 hours, breaking the previous record by 2 hours at the 2020 Jiangnan 100, which is the largest and most competitive 100 mile trail running event in Eastern China.
