Discipline is Destiny: Our 2023 Manifesto

Similar to what we’ve done for the past 4-5 years, I’ve recorded a manifesto for 2023 that will serve as our overarching theme for the year. We’re still leaning into our 2022 manifesto, Faith Over Fear, which helped us get through many hardships and uncertainty with the business and our personal lives. For this year, I was inspired by one of my favorite authors, Ryan Holiday, and his new book of the same title: Discipline is Destiny. What you’ll hear in this episode:   My reasoning for establishing a manifesto in the new year (1:08) How Faith Over Fear served us in 2022 and how it will continue to serve us in 2023 (1:20) Why discipline will be the key to a successful 2023 and how Ryan’s book inspired me (2:16) Looking ahead to everything we have coming up for us in 2023, including conferences, a new course, and much more (3:13) Maintaining my responsibilities as a father and husband while nurturing a business and a busy competition schedule (4:10) Enabling the entire ship to rise (4:43) Looking forward to the growth that results from chaos, hard work, and discipline (5:23)   If you loved this episode, and our podcast, please take some time to rate and review us on Apple Podcasts, or drop us a comment below!
