Influence, like many things, can be used for good or evil. The good regarding influence is that as a leader it enables you to guide your people to your vision easily. Additionally, you often need to use influence to get others to believe in you and what you want to achieve. That is where the Power of Influence comes into play. At some point, we all have to face adversity. The difference is what you do when that adversity comes. As a leader your people’s adversity becomes yours. Organizations need to communicate or they will die. It's that plan and simple. Communication is the cornerstone to any successful team and as a leader you need to ensure that your organization is communicating. I have witnessed too many organizations have communication problems which ultimately led to their demise.  In this episode, I use the example of when I was consulting with a company run by "Dan."
