3 things athletes say but don't really mean
In this episode, I cover a common issue within today's average athlete. Are you familiar with those cliché phrases tossed around by your teammates? If you've heard a specific friend of yours say something like, "gotta get that daily workout in bro" or, "I drink a gallon of water a day, easy"... If this rings a bell, be aware of the talk next time you hear it. Challenge your teammate, see if he/she really lives up to their words.
