Since this group of people are already out on the edge, traditional information doesn’t always serve them. They need new insights and perspectives, and the best way I know how to do that is through coaching.
Each guest will have the option to play on their edge and get coaching around a challenge or a possibility they are working towards.
I'm playing on my edge here as well. I have typically reserved coaching for my high-performing, high-impact clients as closed door sessions.
It keeps my clients safe, and it keeps me safe.

CONTEXT: WE SPEAK OUR WORLD INTO EXISTENCE Powerful communication is a hallmark skill for Pioneer Leaders. Your voice "speaks" to your vision, to who you are and what you stand for, and to how you choose to create a model of your future in the present. Through our language, when we speak (write,sing, etc) something we give it life. From there, it shapes our present which shapes our future. TO FIND IMPLIES SOMETHING IS LOST... What’s been coming up with my clients is language around "finding" the voice. This suggests that it’s something external and out of their grasp. It’s also a commonly used phrase, so it leads to common results. TO FREE ACKNOWLEDGES IT WAS ALWAYS YOURS TO BEGIN WITH I choose the distinction of "Freeing" your voice to restore power and ownership back to you immediately. You already have your voice. It’s within you and has always been. We’ve just learned how to trap it within a cage of convention that prevents that voice from being let loose on the world - even if you know exactly what it is you’d want to be saying (writing, creating, painting, etc). FREEING YOU VOICE CAN HAPPEN IN AN INSTANT The work of a Pioneer leader is simply to let that voice free. Heads up: when first unleashed it will likely be raw. That is OK and just part of the process. As you free it up more and more, you’ll continue to refine it. And from there, once you have tamed your free voice, you can evolve it and let it grow. There’s more coming to mind, and I choose to stop here. Listen to the full episode here https://empjoyment.com Fitting out vs fitting in vs belonging Sharing some real-time reflections after rereading my high school yearbook. tl ;dr - many of us try to combat the loneliness in not belonging by “fitting-in”. On the other side of the same coin is the opposite-but-equal approach of “fitting out”. If fitting-in involves you making choices to not stick out in order to be accepted, fitting out involves you making choices specifically to stick out and this “not need” (haha) to be accepted. More clarity forthcoming as I gain more awareness and insight around it.
