This podcast was born following Emma's own trauma when she was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of just 36. Sat in the chemo chair she set herself the goal of starting a podcast to explore resilience and the importance of mindset. Through discussion with incredible individuals, Emma aims to explore and share amazing real- life stories of finding triumph following trauma, with the ultimate goal of helping others deal with adversity, and inspiring them to do great things.
