It's that time of year again, where everyone is saying new year, new me or this year is going to be my year! We've heard it all before on repeat every year. On this episode, Caleb and Eric give their take on what New Year's means to them.

Anyone that's been to college knows how difficult it can be. For some college is necessary path to success, for others it can be a complicated maze that traps you in a dark and unforgiving place. It's easy to get lost and lose your focus if you're not properly prepared. On this episode we have a special guest, YaLonda Jackson. Yalonda is a recent graduate from Valdosta State with a Bachelor's of Arts in Sociology & Anthropology. We discuss our experiences that we had in college and all of the downsides of what a post secondary education can bring.

In a way food makes the world go around. We need it for nourishment and a lot of us eat it for pleasure. All of us have favorite foods that we like to eat and foods that we'd love to try. Caleb and Eric discuss their favorite foods, foods from around the country they'd love to try, and foods from other countries that they'd like to eat.
