The Colorado Supreme Court ruled Trump should not appear on the ballot in 2024. This is surprising in part because they are reversing a lower court that found, while Trump did engage in an insurrection on January 6th, that Section Three of the 14th Amendment did not apply to presidents, and therefore, he should not be kept off the ballot.
