791: Getting Culture-Smart // Becoming Brave 03 (Eric Ludy)

This is the third Eric* episode in Eric Ludy's spring Daily Thunder series, entitled Becoming Brave, which explores the mechanical construct of spiritual and moral bravery. This particular message contrasts earthly and heavenly wisdom. And it shows how heavenly wisdom is one of the key pillars of a brave soul. *The reason these are referred to as Eric episodes is due to the fact that Leslie Ludy is adding an episode each week to the series, too. Her episodes will be numbered with an incremental .5 so that Eric's series numbering doesn't get jumbled. 790: Sprinting Toward Danger // Becoming Brave 02.5 (Leslie Ludy)

This is considered installment 2.5 in Eric Ludy's spring Daily Thunder series.* Leslie Ludy is a special guest in this episode sharing Biblical and historical stories about the power of sprinting toward danger instead of retreating from it. When Christians become proactive instead of reactive in their faith the kingdom of God is built. As our world is quickly growing more and more hostile toward truth, each of us must decide which kind of Christian we are going to be.*Leslie will be adding one message per week and her messages will be counted incrementally with a .5 in the series simply to keep Eric's numbering of the series consistent. Sorry that it is a bit strange. For more information about Daily Thunder and the ministry of Ellerslie Mission Society, please visit: https://ellerslie.com/. 789: The Outflow of the Inflow (Ephesians 4:1) // The Calling On Your Life 01 (Nathan Johnson)

As we begin a new series from Ephesians 4 examining God’s call in our lives, we need to first see the connection between chapters 1-3 and chapters 4-6. Without recognizing that the outflow of the Christian life is based upon God’s inflow, we will either live with hypocrisy or passivity. Join Nathan Johnson in this overview message looking at the importance of knowing all of Ephesians to properly understand God’s calling in the life of a believer. For more information about Daily Thunder and the ministry of Ellerslie Mission Society, please visit: https://ellerslie.com/. 787: Getting Doom-Proofed // Becoming Brave 02 (Eric Ludy)

This is the second episode in Eric Ludy’s spring Daily Thunder series, entitled Becoming Brave, that explores the mechanical construct of spiritual and moral bravery. This message explains how a believer is intended to have a spiritual Teflon coating about his/her soul that preserves him/her from all the bad news, threats, and projections of gloom constantly swirling about. 783: Remember Ellsworth // Spiritual Lessons from Abe Lincoln's America 14 (Eric Ludy)

This is the fourteenth and final episode in Eric Ludy’s winter Daily Thunder series that dives into the unstable season of American history known as the Antebellum period (1815-1861). This particular message examines the impact of one particular character upon this unique time-period in history. Elmer Ellsworth was only twenty-three years old, but he greatly impacted the nation. Throughout the Civil War, the motto that most inspired the North in their battle to quell the secession of the South, was the phrase, “Remember Ellsworth!” We would all do well to remember Ellsworth, too.
