What is memory? The Oxford English Dictionary defines memory as the faculty by which the mind stores and remembers information. Or something remembered from the past; a recollection. But the OED doesn’t weigh in on the factual accuracy of those recollections, nor does it mention how or where memories are stored. Grief is a powerful thing. It's extremely personal and can make us act in ways unforeseen. 18-year-old Joe Pichler had made it big in Hollywood as a kid, co-starring in movies like "Varsity Blues" and the "Beethoven" franchise.
