TPS 44: Intermittent Fasting
Today we cover the realities and science behind IF- intermittent fasting. All three of us have found that part of our transformation to the Paleo Lifestyle has meant, strangely enough, LESS of a focus on food. By that, we mean that we find we are not food centric for most of our day, unlike when we were consuming the SAD diet – where we needed to eat every few hours to prevent an energy crash. Learn why its ok to go without food (if you’re not hungry) and why you won’t fall in a heap if you do.

TPS 43: Mark Lauren Interview
Today we talk to one of our fitness inspirations, Mark Lauren. Mark authored (and starred in) his book “You Are Your Own Gym” – a favourite of all of ours. Mark’s approach to fitness comes from years of being a Military Physical Training Specialist, among many other awesome (and fierce) vocations. He is all about creating ways for people to continue their training regime, regardless of whether they can get their bodies to a gym or not. As his book title suggests, he has developed ways to use your own body as your weights machine, and as chiropractors, this makes perfect sense. (*Our apologies for the sound quality and drop out issues.)

TPS 41: Dr. Loren Cordain Interview
In this week’s episode, Steph and Brett interview the ‘papa bear’ of paleo, Dr. Loren Cordain. We were lucky enough to catch this awesome guy in between his many travels, to find out what he is up to at present, as well as all the great work he has been sharing for decades. Dr Cordain has been doing lots of great research for the past 20 years, and is currently looking into autoimmune disorders, something that we are discovering to be the cause of a great deal of chronic disease. An episode not to be missed!

TPS 38: Paleo Personal Care
What does a cave man do to get clean? Well, probably just swimming in rivers and having mudbaths is enough for him. But, what if you want your work colleagues and friends to still talk to you? Well, today we find out that Dr Brett really is a through and through grok, and Steph and Janah talk about what they use when it comes to personal care. And a little TMI warning: Dr Janah also gets in depth and personal about natural menstrual products, so take this as a disclaimer…
