It's a mailbag episode! We check in with what's been going on with both of us, and then field questions: Would FIRE be impossible if most people weren't working and consuming at a high level? Should I give up a low-paying job I love to go for a higher-paying job and chase FIRE more quickly? What job would we take if we had to work again? What non-financial advice would you give to your younger self? Do we think hobbies like learning an instrument or a language are "non productive"? Is it difficult to make friends post-retirement?
