It's part of the cloud computing nomenclature -- "clouding" this and "clouding" that making everything more accessible with reduced long-term hardware, software and networking costs. So what about Talent as a Service (TaaS) or Humans as a Service (HuaaS)? How exactly would that work? Got you thinking, didn't it. According to one of this week's guests, Richie Etwaru, "a more humanistic, people-centric view of the 'as a Service' phenomena extends Everything as a Service to 'Everyone as a Service.'"
