Dustin W. Benge (Ph.D., The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary) is a lecturer and administrative research assistant at The Andrew Fuller Center for Baptist Studies on the campus of Southern Seminary. He is also a visiting professor at Munster Bible College, Cork, Ireland. In addition, he is the associate editor of Expositor Magazine, a publication ministry of OnePassion Ministries. He has also served as a pastor in Kentucky and Alabama. Dustin enjoys doing research and writing in the areas of biblical spirituality, church history, poetry, and American history, and his books include: A Journey Toward Heaven: Daily Devotions from the Sermons of Jonathan Edwards, Lifting Up Our Hearts: 150 Prayers from John Calvin, Sweetly Set on God: The Spirituality of David Brainerd, and Pulpit Aflame. Dustin and his wife, Molli, live in Louisville, KY.

In the year 2000, Wade formed a part-time group called Canaanland, which consisted of his wife, Amanda; his brother, Lee; along with Ronnie LaCaze and Curt Crook. Productivity and Overcoming Laziness with Brad Weber (Episode 40)
Brad serves as Associate Pastor/Elder of Youngstown Metro Church. Him and his wife, Christine, have been married since 2016 and reside in Poland with their 2 dogs, Rory and Tiger. Brad currently hosts video platform Theology Nights and runs his own media company called Weber media. Brad is driven with a heart for sound doctrine which is fueled for his love for God's people. Brad highly values biblical teaching/preaching as well, and contributes to the life of the church through scripture accountability. He is a “guardian of truth” and God uses him well in this capacity at Youngstown Metro Church.

Biblical Sexuality with Dr. Christopher Yuan (Episode 38)
Dr. Christopher Yuan has taught the Bible at Moody Bible Institute for over ten years and his speaking ministry on faith and sexuality has reached five continents. He speaks at conferences, on college campuses, and in churches. He has co-authored with his mother their memoir, Out of a Far Country: A Gay Son’s Journey to God, A Broken Mother’s Search for Hope (100,000 copies sold and now in seven languages). He is also the author of Giving a Voice to the Voiceless. Christopher graduated from Moody Bible Institute in 2005, Wheaton College Graduate School in 2007 with a Master of Arts in Biblical Exegesis and received his doctorate of ministry in 2014 from Bethel Seminary. Dr. Yuan’s newest book is Holy Sexuality and the Gospel: Sex, Desire, and Relationships Shaped by God’s Grand Story.

John A. Broadus with Dr. Jared Bumpers (Episode 36)
Jared Bumpers is the Director of Student Life and Events and serves as Assistant Professor of Preaching and Ministry at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Prior to joining the team at Midwestern, Jared served for over a decade as a student pastor, then as an associate pastor of preaching, at a church in southwest Missouri. He has also served as an interim pastor and spoken at numerous conferences throughout the United States. Jared holds a Ph.D. in Christian Preaching from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. His doctoral research focused on the hermeneutic and homiletic of John Albert Broadus.

Evangelism with Dr. Tom Johnston (Episode 35)
Dr. Johnston serves as Professor of Evangelism and as the director of the Midwestern Evangelistic Teams. Born in Paris, France, to missionary parents, Dr. Johnston’s heart for missions and evangelism was forged in the context of post-Christian Europe. His fluency in French and familiarity with European cultures have served him well in leading evangelistic team in six countries and across four continents. He also brings to his students sixteen years of pastoral ministry experience in the United States and Canada. Dr. Johnston received the Doctor of Philosophy degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, the Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and the Bachelor of Science from Wheaton College.
Johnston is married to Raschelle. They have three children and four grandchildren.
His research interests include Medieval French history, the Swiss Reformation, and related textual studies in theology and practice. For example, he has written on the evangelistic zeal of Calvin’s Geneva and approaches to the Great Commission in the 12th and 13th Centuries in Southern France.
His articles have appeared in Trinity Journal, the Journal for Baptist Theology and Ministry, Midwestern Journal of Theology, Perichoresis, Preaching Magazine, as well as Decision Magazine, the Lausanne Movement, and Preaching Online. While serving as president of the Southern Baptist Professors of Evangelism Fellowship for six years, and currently as its Secretary-Treasurer, Dr. Johnston edited Mobilizing a Great Commission Church for Outreach (Wipf and Stock), with chapters by 19 Southern Baptist professors of evangelism.

Biblical Hermeneutics with Dr. John Greever
Dr. John Greever is the pastor of First Baptist Church of Fenton, MO and recently retired professor of Bible at Missouri Baptist University. He has pastored for over four decades in Texas, Oklahoma, Indiana, and Missouri, 25 of those years at FBC Fenton. During that time he has also taught ministry, Bible, theology and religious classes for several Christian Institutions. He holds the Doctor of Theology degree from Trinity Theological Seminary, the Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and the Bachelor of Arts degree from Howard Payne University. His passion and vision for the church are faithfulness to the gospel of Jesus Christ in our generation.
