Kai Coombes is an award-winning photographer based in Nottingham, UK. He specialises in a unique studio based approach to underwater photography, that has lead to him being shortlisted as British Fashion Photographer of the Year 2021.In this podcast we find out about Kai’s studio - TankSpace, and it’s rather unusual beginnings through a combination of luck, business knowledge and mermaids! Although unfortunately opening fully just as the pandemic took hold, TankSpace is now a vibrant hub of creativity. Based in the UK, she is also a keen photographer.

Victoria is the CEO of Image Salon, an editing, retouching and photo studio based in Montreal, Canada. It was founded in 2014 with the core value of placing people first and offering a tailored editing and retouching services for its clients as well as a high touch Customer Service.Victoria found her calling and passion in management pretty early in her career. Prior to joining the Image Salon team in 2016, Victoria grew and managed several photography studios, first across Canada, and then internationally aboard cruise ships. She has also worked as a Wedding and Portrait photographer, both  including to some destinations such as Australia, the Philippines, Bahamas and Lebanon. In her free time, she enjoys spontaneous road trips, long-distance biking, and hosting dinner parties.With a strong interest in streamlining workflows for photographers and team members alike, Victoria’s embrace of exploring new and innovative technologies and methods has and continues to help Image Salon grow and continuously improve all it has to offer. His world revolves around his wife Nadia and daughter Vedra. After shooting on every continent, he is now a wedding photographer solely dedicated to serving his local region, the Yarra Valley. Ryan is a videographer, marketing strategist, and the owner/operator of Snaadt Media Group.Snaadt (it rhymes with odd) discovered his interest in video during his sophomore year of college while shooting workout videos on a GoPro for his YouTube channel. He quickly developed a creative eye for film and started Snaadt Media Group, a video marketing business specializing in the fitness industry. Over the last few years, Ryan has had the pleasure of working with a variety of clients ranging from national football brands to social media influencers, taking him across the country creating content. He truly loves the process of learning new areas of video and connecting passionate people with their target audience. In addition to shooting, Ryan also consults and speaks on topics surrounding online marketing and using video to grow brands.  Apart from creating videos, he also teaches other videographers how to build successful businesses of their own via his YouTube channel, Facebook group, and online courses. He is the creator of the largest Facebook group for videographers in the world "The Freelance Videographer Community" with over 80,000 members. He is currently in the process of building a new program called 6 Figure Filmmaker, teaching videographers how to grow a thriving business in the fitness industry. Karen is a wedding photographer and SEO consultant and coach based in Glasgow. With a wedding photography business in it’s 16th year, she specialises in shooting urban, city weddings in the summer months in Scotland, and out of season she coaches photographers on SEO with her ‘done with you’ SEO services that are personalised to each client. Karen has a background in teaching and coaching, and uses this to help empower and upskill other photographers and wedding industry professionals to help them achieve their goals. 

Honza has a passion for people and their emotions. Proud husband, used to be a guy from corporate and now shoots weddings all around the world and hosts his own workshops for Wedding Photographers. Honza honestly believes that capturing real and authentic moments is the biggest value that any photographer can deliver to their clients. Based in Czech republic, but love has no borders for him.
