Aaron Singerman operates as CEO of Redcon1, a military themed brand that so many can relate to. The business kicked off in September of 2016 selling only apparel. By years end, Redcon1 had been picked up by nearly every major retail and online shop across the United States and abroad. How Can You Use Podcasting to Create a Deep Impact with Chris Krimitsos - ep 177

Talk to people that Chris Krimitsos has spent any amount of time with and you’ll hear descriptions like “changemaker,” “motivator,” “catalyst for change,” and “inspiration.” Whether it’s a major corporation’s CEO or a solopreneur, Chris is passionate about being a difference maker. Unlike the featured guest who comes in and delivers a keynote and leaves, slipping out the back door like a national celebrity, Chris Krimitsos is the passionate professional who hangs around talking to anyone who wants his time – to listen, evaluate, and affect change. Chris brings the unique perspective of success from both sides of an event. He understands the challenges of the organizer that needs to move an audience, having himself facilitated over 1,000 events that have brought together business owners, toward economic growth, under the umbrella of Tampa Bay Business Owners, which he founded in 2008. That success regionally was the springboard to launching a national event, Podfest Multimedia Expo, which he grew to over 500 attendees in just three years, with an expectation of 1,000-plus in year four, thanks to his ability to communicate key messaging to that community. Channeling that energy into creating a documentary, now he is making an impact globally. Under the CK Productions banner, as a filmmaker and producer, Chris has successfully birthed The Messengers: A Podcast Documentary, which has obtained worldwide distribution and theatrical screenings. This after having hosted and produced two TV shows earlier in his career. Of note was one of those projects being archived in the Library of Congress. With a unique skill set programmed to stay out in front of rapid change, Chris Krimitsos – as a speaker, as a business leader, and as a source for growth – is empowering audiences toward better opportunities for succeeding in business in the 21st century. Becoming Your Best Self in the Face of Adversity with Conor Delaney - Ep. 175

Conor Delaney has built a career as a business and community leader for the last decade by his belief in bringing his "blue-collar work ethic" to his daily duties leading various corporate entities and community organizations. Delaney believes in "servant leadership" which means that he does not expect more of any person on his team than he would expect of himself. He believes in working in and among the departments at Good Life and working side by side with the rest of his leadership team. His transparent nature, positive attitude and creative leadership has led to great success in each of the various Good Life Companies. "I was taught at an early age that the best business relationships happen when both sides win. This win/win philosophy incorporated with surrounding myself with intelligent 'advisers' to me has been the main ingredient to launching community-impacting businesses in more than 25 states around the country." In this episode we discuss how it's not your past that dictates who you become, it is how you react to the things that happen to you. I believe this episode will inspire you to create your best life no matter your circumstances.  Make sure to grab your tickets for Growth Now Movement LIVE! Keep Asking Questions - Ep. 172

I recently realized that one of the most powerful tools that I had in my arsenal is to ask the right questions from the right people. I realized that the greatest thing anyone can do is ask questions. You watch young children do it all the time. "Why does that do that?", "Why is that thing that color.", "How do I do this?". But, for some reason, we stop as adults.  When I started asking the right questions is when my growth became exponential, my opportunities became endless, and my life became a whole lot happier.
