Sisters, Today we do a deep dive into my personal journey. How the lies of the world framed my thinking from adolescence, into masking who I was called to be through my 20s, and finally, how Christ revealed the WORLDY LIES I was believing. All of which led me to replace them with HIS TRUTH over the past three years. Mamas, Are you FEARFUL? SOUL-TIRED? From COVID to politics, to race wars, to homeschool, to distance learning, or to the rabbit holes (if you don't know what I mean, you'll know soon enough). Are you facing worldly fears and uncovering truths that seem downright EVIL? Me too, sister. Me too. 2020 has been a year for the books...and by that, I mean YO' BIBLE. I believe that we are on the brink of a revival. A war of good vs. evil. I see God calling out his army of kingdom warriors and pouring TRUTH into us so that we can see through the deception happening ALL AROUND US. And to be honest, it's debilitating. Opening up to it is overwhelming. It brings on a number of emotions that don't feel GOOD. From FEAR to ANGER to ABANDONMENT. Truth-seeking is scary. But the good news is that through the truth we get closer to Jesus. Seeing the world for what it is...FALLEN. THIS is how we stand firm in GOODNESS and show up for what's right. Ephesians 6:10-18 "Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness..." If you are suiting up in the armor of God and picking to FIGHT FOR GOOD with me, we first have to rebuke FEAR. Satan wants us to cower in fear. He wants us to isolate and keep quiet. He wants us to overthink and hide. Not today Satan. We see through your glass tower of lies. This journey we are embarking on isn't for the faint of heart...but if you're ready to lace up and sprint for change, now's your chance.
