The organization partners with people with disabilities, people with mental health diagnoses, and young adults to pursue their hopes and dreams through strengthening workplace abilities, building life skills, and developing meaningful relationships.  PathPoint’s nearly 500 staff operate employment, residential and community integration programs in five southern and central California counties — Kern, Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura.  Harry currently serves on the Board of Directors of the California Disability Services Association as well as an appointed member of the System and Fiscal Reform Workgroup of the Developmental Services Task Force.Prior to joining PathPoint, Harry served for 26 years in the conservation corps field and transitioned to the I/DD field after losing his daughter to mental illness. From 2004 to 2017, he served as President and CEO of Conservation Legacy, during which time the agency increased its annual revenue from less than $1M to over $20M and started numerous new programs across more than 45 states from a base in Colorado.  Harry co-founded the national Public Lands Service Coalition and the Partnership for the 21st Century Conservation Service Corps (21CSC). In 2011, the Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar appointed Harry as Chair of the 21CSC Federal Advisory Committee. From 1994 to 2004, Harry worked for the National Association of Service and Conservation Corps (now The Corps Network) in Washington, DC as Chief Operating Officer and previously in other positions including Vice-President.  He graduated with honors from Rice University with a degree in civil/environmental engineering.

She was named 2017 Australian Of The Year in South Australia, and the 2018 Global Leader, 100 Women Of Influence in Australia, and won the Emerging Leader in Disability award in Australia in 2015. Kate is also an Ambassador for the Australia Day Council (SA) and for Step Up For Dementia Research in Australia. She has a Master of Science in Dementia Care, a Bachelor of Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, all which were completed after being diagnosed with younger onset dementia. She also has a graduate Diploma in grief counselling and is a retired nurse and retired chef. Swaffer is a co-founder, and the CEO and past Chair of Dementia Alliance International, and an elected board member for Alzheimer’s Disease International. She is an Honorary Associate Fellow, Faculty of Science, Medicine & Health, University of Wollongong, International Fellow, Impact Research Group, University of East Anglia, and has played a key role in campaigning for the human and legal rights for people with dementia including equal access to the CRPD. She has been tireless in her work on reframing dementia as a disability, for rehabilitation for dementia, and is the first person in the world with dementia, diagnosed herself at the age of 49, to be a keynote speaker at the WHO. Swaffer has contributed to key national and global policy documents including work for the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency, the World Health Organisation (WHO) Quality Rights initiative, and the International Consortium for Health Outcomes Measurement (ICHOM) for dementia. With two honorary university positions, has been very active as a researcher, and is a highly published author and poet. Her uncompleted doctoral work, and other research projects includes Dementia as a Disability, Disability Rights, Human and Legal Rights, Stigma, Quality of Life, and the Public Discourse of Dementia.  Her two published books, What the hell happened to my brain? Living beyond dementia (2016) and Diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or Another Dementia (2016), are a must read, The first one reflects dementia from the inside out, and the second is what she wished had been available to her when first diagnosed – a one-stop-shop about dementia. With a career spanning 23 years in law enforcement, Jean has been the lead investigator on several high-profile cases, including the attacks on 9/11 and many that focus on protecting public health. Jean is a 5th degree black belt in judo and a highly respected sensei. She was on the U.S. national judo team, now known as USA Judo, and won several medals in international tournaments. Most notably, Jean was one of the original signers of the American Civil Liberty Union suit to fight for women’s rights in the sport of judo.   Jean is the co-author of her mother’s story, Get Up & Fight: the memoir of Rusty Kanokogi, The Mother of Women’s Judo. She has authored numerous mental health and law enforcement related articles in various professional publications and also publishes a column in the Eighteen Eleven, the professional Journal of the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association (FLEOA), with a readership of over 36,000. One of her treasured experiences includes consulting on the television program “Law and Order, Special Victim’s Unit.” She dedicates her time as a volunteer for the FLEOA where she is the Director of Mental Health and Peer Support Services. In this monumental role, she is building a peer support program to support the mental health of the federal law enforcement community. Additionally, this role allows her to comment on bipartisan bills that directly impact the mental health of law enforcement officers.Additional philanthropic work includes mentoring high-risk youths and serving on the evaluation committee for the Rusty Kanokogi Fund for the Advancement of U.S. Judo. Managed by the Women’s Sports Foundation, this annual scholarship provides financial support for women in judo nationwide who are training for national and international competition.Jean holds a B.S. and M.A. from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and earned her Ph.D. in the study of psychology in 2018, where she published her dissertation, entitled, “The Interrogation Experiences that Transition Novices from Beginners to Experts.” Her tenacity and courage to continue to deliver on positively impacting societal behaviors is truly an inspiration for all.

Paris has attended every Republican National Convention since 2000 in different capacities ranging from Delegate at Large to speaker.  At his first convention, he had the distinct honor of being the youngest featured RNC platform speaker to address the delegates.  He is a member of the American Enterprise Institute Leadership Network, provided strategic consultation as a member of the Black Voices for Trump Advisory Board, and was appointed by President Trump to serve as a Commissioner on the non-partisan President’s Commission on White House Fellowships.
