From there, he progressed to Asset Manager, supporting a $38 million portfolio in New Hampshire. Since 2011, Andrew has owned CS Companies, a family of specialized real estate companies. Their main goal is to oversee, organize and thrust affiliates’ missions forward with the highest level of integrity. At age twenty-eight, Andrew was recognized as the 2012 Young Professional of the Year by the Claremont Chamber of Commerce. He holds several real estate management accreditations from IREM and is an EPA/HUD RRP Certified Lead Renovator. In 2020, Andrew moved into the short-term rental space and co-founded Pond Life Vacation Rentals, through which he provides memorable vacation experiences at his amazing properties.
