In addition, we will learn about the differences between the practice of embodiment and meditation.Take our free 60-second quiz to find out if your Nice Guy tendencies are sabotaging your relationships.ABOUT GS YOUNGBLOODGS coaches men in relationships on how to live, love, and lead from their Masculine core. He specializes in "nice guys" who are with strong women. His teachings combine deep embodiment work with the framework of the Masculine blueprint from his book "The Masculine in Relationship."His writings are filtered through the laboratory of his and his clients' real-world, long term relationships (including the successes and spectacular failures) to see what actually works and what doesn't. Through this lens of Masculine leadership, he also pulls in principles from a variety of fields: psychology, martial arts, tango, meditation, and BDSM.In his past life, GS was a high tech executive in Sales and Marketing for 16 years, including founding and selling a company. The leadership practices of Silicon Valley, based on clarity and inspiration rather than control, are a major influence on the model of Masculine leadership he shares with his clients.CONNECT WITH GS YoungbloodBuy GS’ book on https://www.amazon.com/Art-Embodiment-Men-Framework-Tendencies/dp/B09XYWJD5GInstagram: @GSYOUNGBLOODMIRWHAT YOU WILL HEAR[6:28] What is the embodiment practice?[11:48] Difference between embodiment and meditation.[14:38] What is your daily practice missing, and how to start one.[20:44] How does our energy influence our relationships?[24:56] Feel your partner's pain, not their blame.[37:52] Connect your voice with your heart.[44:39] The importance of feeling our body.[48:32] Learn to split your attention.[52:40] How efficient is the embodiment practice?[55:10] Intention versus attention. If you look at the civilized world and think, "no thank you," then you should subscribe to our podcast, so you don't miss a single episode! Seerut Chawla — The truth about cancel culture and online mobs.

Should social media have warning ads like cigarette packs? We all know the bright side of social networks where we share memes, tell stories, upload photos, memories, and help us grow professionally, but not everything is sunshine and rainbows. Social media have become an unstoppable monster where criticism, abuse, and the discharge of hate have increased more and more, hiding in anonymity on many occasions. In this episode, I had a conversation with Seerut Chawla. She defends the importance of talking with responsibilities on social networks and using it to deliver messages of conscience intelligently. After living the culture of cancellation on both sides, today, she tries to warn others of its consequences. We will talk about how the use of social media affects us individually and collectively, the main character syndrome, responsibility, and trauma. In addition, we will discuss the differences between trauma, wounding, and pain. You who are reading me from the internet, don't miss this episode! ABOUT SEERUT CHAWLA She works using an integrative model (which means incorporating different therapeutic styles) depending on the client and the circumstances. Her main modality is psychodynamic psychotherapy which is derivative of the psychoanalytic tradition. That can sound a little intimidating, but the basic premise of this work is helping people to understand what has happened so that they can better understand what is happening in the here and now, and then make meaningful change in their lives. How can a person with no criminal record become a mass murderer, killing seventy-seven people and injuring hundreds more? This story captured the attention of today's guest Unni Turrettini.
