Postpartum depression is common among women but can affect men too.

He is also an acupuncturist through his private practice Heartseed Health.

I am a man — with Traver Boehm
In this solo episode I explore the single most important sentence a man can say to himself and know about himself — I am a man.
This conversation stems from the hundreds of men I’ve worked with in my life who were told that “being a man” wasn’t important or was a secondary or tertiary thought.
It is not. It is primary. And when it becomes so in your life, everything changes.
Enjoy,
Traver
