055 Molly Gordon
Relaxing Into Wisdom
What has someone choose to close down their existing business without knowing at all what they’ll be doing next? What’s the secret to being married for over forty years and creating a sustainable coaching business over twenty two years?
In this delightful episode, Molly shares some of her insights that have helped her develop and grow her coaching business, continue to be of service and help to her clients, and have fun in enjoying the longevity of her loving marriage.
Here’s a little more about Molly:
By 1996 Molly Gordon had been a waiter, a writer, an editor, a business manager, and a full-time artist. She had a penchant for Jungian studies, the novels of Dorothy Sayers, and Improv. After closing her fiber arts studio, Mollycoddles, she agreed to help a few friends with their businesses. Before long, they were coming to see her weekly, not only with business issues, but also with life questions.
Molly didn’t know what to call what she was doing. It wasn’t consulting, and it wasn’t therapy. All she knew was that her clients became more engaged, confident, and pro-active in their lives and work. They were living into their dreams.
One day a client sent an article from Newsweek about coaching. Attached was a sticky note saying, “This is what you do.” And she saw that her variegated past had been the perfect training ground for what became her life work.
Twenty years and a substantial amount of training later, Molly is a Master Certified Coach, a Certified Mentor Coach, an assessor in the International Coach Federation (ICF) credentialing process, and an instructor at University of Miami (Coral Gables) Professional Coaching Certificate Program, 7 Paths Forward, and Coach Masters Academy.
In 2010 Molly encountered the teachings of Sydney Banks, commonly known as the Three Principles. She recognized in Syd’s insights the source code for effective coaching: human beings are part of an infinite intelligent life energy, and as such, they are inherently whole, creative and resourceful. Molly is now on a path to incorporate the Principles into the International Coach Federation (ICF) definition of coaching and mentors ICF-oriented coaches to integrate the Three Principles into their work.

052 Deanna Danski
Loving Out Loud
Deanna shares her journey from being an over-achieving, happy-faced, straight-A student, perpetually chasing perfectionism, through having a wake up call from anxiety and being guided by some realisations that had her relocate across the country, and immerse in a spiritual and loving exploration of being of service to others.
By embracing her natural ability to love out loud, being able to listen deeply, and see the true essence of her clients, she reveals how she provides for them what most of us have been been craving for most of our lives - acceptance, non judgement, openness, warmth, and support, and by demonstrating her own power of raw openness, in a dance of self-acceptance and self-love, she inspires others to love, embrace and express their own beautiful humanness, helping them to redefine success into something they enjoy.
Listen, also, for a delightful outtake at the end.
Here’s a little more about Deanna:
A multi-lingual recovering perfectionist and life-long cheerleader, Deanna took the advice of a fridge-magnet, “Leap and the net will appear,” and moved to California from New Jersey to gain a master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology to educate her heart as well as her mind.
She serves her high-achiever clients all over the world to redefine what true success means to them. She provides a space of pure love and possibility in which they feel safe to explore beyond old ideas and expectations into embracing their true hearts’ desires. Her greatest joy is reminding people to give themselves permission to be human.
Deanna is also the host of Better Living Coaches, an online show featuring renowned coaches from across the globe, aimed to offer practical tools, skills, and perspectives to shift from living life to loving life.
When not coaching, Deanna can be found dancing her heart out, filling her belly with NY style pizza, or cuddling up with her two Chihuahuas, Lola and Penelope. Every day she reminds herself to love herself the way her dogs love her.

Honouring the Path of the Heart
Having your world crash down around you can be wonderfully liberating, particularly if you are willing to explore and, eventually at least, see something new.
In this episode Philippe shares how a deeper understanding of how we experience life has had an impact on his coaching, and all areas of his life, and reveals his story of how he has persistently honoured what is in his heart, and the joy and love that doing so brings.
Here’s a little more about Philippe:
Philippe is a recovering people-pleasing hotelier that became a stressed out restaurant owner and survivor of a severe burnout in 2008. This led him to become a seeker of deeper meaning in life and in doing so became a self-improvement junkie.

Haircuts, Recovery & Clothes Dryers
There was only ever one person I wanted to help me celebrate this milestone 50th episode of this podcast. Someone who inspires, who is always super fun and loving, who keeps it real and is a dear friend.
JG and I talk haircuts, Mad Men, breakups, recovery, boners, clothes driers, and a game of fave & crave.
This is a slightly different format to the other episodes, it’s a little more fly-on-the-wall as the two of us simply hang out and chat, and as is always the case with JG, there’s lots of laughter and fun with some real insightful gems.
Here’s a little more about JG:
What does an award-winning entrepreneur, a TEDx Speaker, a bacon-atarian (thats a vegetarian who still eats bacon), a funky sock lover, a former rapper (who opened for the Wu-Tang Clan - YES, really!) and a previously 332lb man (who has since lost over 130lbs despite his affinity for bacon) have in common?
They are all the same guy!
Jason Goldberg (JG for short) is the King of Playful Sales, Success and Self- Leadership. He is a geek, turned entrepreneur, “Edu-tainer”, author of the #1 International Best-Seller “Prison Break” and creator of both the Playful Prosperity AND the Business UNusual System programs.
JG blends his signature mix of simple and transformational wisdom, practical business mentorship, and belly-busting humor to help coaches, speakers and online educators build “Competition-PROOF” businesses full of impact and influence (and that allows them to have a ton of FUN in the process)!
Before shifting his focus to the world of human potential, JG earned his MBA degree, served as the Director of Engineering and Operations for a technology firm, was the co-founder and CEO of a ground-breaking executive transportation company and was also co-founder and CEO of a technology commercialization startup in partnership with NASA to bring innovations from the space shuttle program to the private sector.
As a sought-after international speaker and host, JG has shared the stage with some of the world’s greatest thought-leaders and innovators in human potential and performance including Dr. Sean Stephenson (The 3 Foot Giant), Don Miguel Ruiz (The Four Agreements), Vishen Lakhiani (CEO of Mindvalley), Steven Kotler (Stealing Fire), Marisa Peer (the UK’s psychotherapist to the stars) and so many others that he hopes will impress you if these other ones don’t! ;)
