Is beauty sleep real? How long should you really be sleeping? Plus a warning about melatonin. We're answering all of your most-asked sleep questions today on the show with The Sleep Doctor himself. Dr. Michael Breus is a Clinical Psychologist, a Diplomate of the American Board of Sleep Medicine, and a Fellow of The American Academy of Sleep Medicine. He specializes in sleep disorders and is one of the only psychologists in the world with his credentials and distinction. Dr. Breus has authored a number of books, tours the world lecturing on sleep, has appeared on CNN, Oprah, and The View, and is also on the clinical advisory board of The Dr. Oz Show. Dr. Breus has a private practice in LA where he helps his clients figure out how to sleep better, which is his main mission in life.
