Well it's time to finally enter the multiverse of madness. Is it as multi-verseal or as maddening as we perviously though that it would be? Well... probably not. Is it an endless cavalcade of fan-castings and excepting celebrity cameos from across the Marvel Cinematic Universe? Well, let's be honest it isn't that either. Is it a good, solid, stand-alone Marvel movie with a compelling man character, antagonist and an interesting side character that will most likely get her own Disney + spinoff show? Well it definitely is that! That's not all that the boys tackle this week. They've also got Hasbro promising to release newly updated versions of their original Star Wars toys, & Avatar has a new trailer! Jake and Ryan are back with a NEW episode this week. OOOOOOHHH. Justin Lin is out as the director of the new Fast and Furious movie, and we play that weird and awkward video Vin Diesel shot with him about a week before he decided to step down (was fired for fighting with Vin Diesel). But we have so many new things to talk about and so many news stories to get through. Switch Sports is out and it's insane that Nintendo has waited this long to put this collection of games out. How does it stack up to the original on the Wii? Well.... it's a game alright, and it's fun! How does Moon Knight stick the Egyptian landing? Well.... it's a second week of no new content for us, but you know what? We were able to find a rather clever loophole if we do say so ourselves. It's finally time people.... for what seems like two years (or perhaps even more) Jake and Ryan have somewhat dreaded the day that the Morbius movie actually turned out to be a real creation that they would actually have to watch and endure... and damn if it hasn't finally happened. So is this the worst movie they've covered on the podcast? No, it certainly is not. Is it an instant classic that is undeserving of all of the negative reviews that have been floating around about it? Well let's not get carried away here... we do have Matt Smith running around the London Underground in orthopedic sketchers pretending to be a vampire so it does warrant a certain amount of criticism let's be honest. No, Morbius is one of those weird movies where it's not quite bad enough to just hate on it the entire time as being this strange bastardization of the source material, but it also cannot possibly be viewed as a stand alone piece of media to be appreciated either. We feel like this will be a fantastic step forward for our podcast. We're really feeling the synergy between us this episode, and we think that it'll be an experience that we can nurture and grow together in this business adventure together, that will really help us consolidate our assets, and give you (the listener) the best possible podcast listening experience, all done with just one single drop of blood. Yeah we watched Hulu's The Dropout this week and all jokes about Elizabeth Holmes' voice aside this is a GREAT drama series. There is a real glut of con-artist media floating out there at the moment, but this is a great one to start with. The boys have a TON of news to get through, and they’ve also got a big new (ish) game to talk about, and a perhaps lesser show review to get through.  Jake and Ryan are here to talk you all through the news of the week in the upcoming The Boys season 3 trailer, a sneak peak of Umbrella Academy Season 3, and of course that very impressive looking trailer for Ms. Marvel. Man that was a well put together trailer. Have no idea if the show will be good or not but that was a VERY good looking and well done trailer.  For the main couse, Jake has been playing the classy and complicated Gran Turismo 7, for all it’s technical difficulties and shiny cars (and coffee) is a very fun and enjoyalbe exeprience.  They’ve also been watching the second season of Netflix’s Space Force which…. Well it’s not quite as good as the first season is it? It’s not bad by any means but it does seem to reference some real life budget cuts which unfortuantley seem to make their way into the premise of the actual show.
