Psalms 42 and 43 speaks to that circumstance. I take incredible encouragement that God decided to put in His divine manuscript, this book that will guide humanity - an extreme emotional up and down. He saw it fit to put this emotional, gritty song in the middle of the book. “Why are you so disquieted within me?” Then the artist goes on to TALK TO HIMSELF/ Have you ever talked to yourself? We spend entirely too much time listening to ourselves and not enough time talking to ourselves!

Being Healthy is SO confusing today. There are so many things that used to be healthy but aren’t anymore. Raisin BRAN (but it’s sugar), Oreos are VEGAN! FRO YO. Hidden sugar is even in green beans! My wife trained for a marathon and was up to 21 miles and they told her running keeps you fat! If it’s so confusing for us to be healthy physically...we are the most advanced, intelligent civilization and we don’t know how to be physically healthy. If we don’t really know how to take care of our body, how much more our soul? Listen to this message to learn more about how to have a healthy soul.
