When she brought it inside her house and opened it up, she found it contained a non-fiction murder mystery novel. She didn't know why it had been sent to her, but when she opened the novel up, she noticed someone had gone through and underlined several sections. At first, she assumed this novel must just be second hand copy and so the previous owner's notes were still inside. But when she actually read some of the highlighted sections, she immediately understood that someone was sending her a terrifying message... In 1990, two college students, who lived together in an apartment, suddenly stopped communicating with their friends and families. After a few days of silence, the police were called to do a welfare check on them. When the police knocked on the girl's door, no one opened it, so they got a key from the building manager and opened the door themselves. As soon as they were inside, they called out for the girls, but they didn't call back.
