Best selling running author Sam Murphy talked all about running, Tony suffered a serious case of the man blisters, Martin arrived back in blighty and Tom's winning streak of one came to an end.

British Olympic steeple chaser Andrew Lemoncello ran 2:13:40 around the streets of London in his debut marathon last year, with the 2011 London Marathon fast approaching Martin caught up with Andrew to find out how things were going and talk all about running. Tom gave it everything over ten hard miles, Tony missed out on a once in a lifetime boozy opportunity and we found out how a Japanese civil servant stunned the marathon running World.

With a 2:16 in his debut marathon and both eyes focused firmly on achieving the Olympic 'A' standard in 2011 we thought it was about time we caught up with Lee Merrien, Tony couldn't make his mind up, Tom got rather muddy and Martin went for a rather speedy long run!

Brighton Marathon race director and 13:11 5,000m runner Tim Hutchings joined Martin to talk all things running, Tony had something to get off his chest and Tom ran more than ever! We also heard about a Marathon Talker winning the New Orleans Marathon and launched the third part of our spring motivation trilogy... Marchvellous!

Five years ago London cabbie Bob Groves turned his life around swapping drink and drugs for running and fitness, Martin found out all about his amazing journey. Tom reached the top of the podium for the first time ever, Martin celebrated his birthday and Tony couldn't decide what to talk about!
