Episode 48 Modal Operators- A Must Listen

In today’s episode, Doug talks about the NLP linguistic category of “Modal Operators of Necessity or Possibility.” If you drill down with the subject you’ll find more nuance and discover what language you or your clients are using to create or that gets in your way.    Here are a few examples that can be motivating… Necessity: “should,” “must,” “have to,” etc.; Desire: “wish,” “want,” “need,” etc.;  Possibility: “can,” “able to,” “capable,” etc.; Choice: “choose,” “select,” “decide,” etc.    How do you talk to yourself? How are your clients talking with themselves?  Listen and you shall hear.     Want more Essential Coaching Skills? Check out... essentialcoachingskills.com
