Unscripted with Spencer Lodge

This is an episode that I was very excited to bring to you, because despite the slow start in the first few minutes there was an incredible amount of in-depth, strategic knowledge shared that I was able to take away from my meeting with Hisham. Hisham Al Gurg is the CEO of Seed Group with 18 years of experience in start up ventures, he manages projects and investments on behalf of the royal family in Dubai which covers everything from E-Commerce businesses to Food & Beverage. He's certainly had quite the journey through his career and it's clear why he has been able to progress to where he is in the world of business today.

What an absolute pleasure it was to sit down with Her Excellency Dr Sara Al Madani.  This interview was pretty early in my content making career and a little forced (we met through a PR company) but I'm so happy about the friendship that grew from this encounter and I love listening back to this interview. Sara Al Madani is a Mother, entrepreneur and absolute figurehead for the rapid evolution of women in the Middle East.  A profound public speaker and celebrated thought leader online, Sara shares some of her outlooks on business, life and even a pretty colourful moment on her position on women's empowerment.  It's not an episode to be missed and I'm so glad I chose it as the first interview we're sharing on The Spencer Lodge Podcast.
