It seems bonkers but there’s actually nothing more entertaining than sitting down and watching other people watching telly. Gogglebox may have initially seemed like it was a joke but it has become a staple of television both here and in the UK, and six years in, the Irish version is (we think) miles ahead of the UK version. And now, you can be part of Gogglebox Ireland! The search is on for new people to take part and producer David Noble joined Dermot and Dave to explain all including, what they have to take out!

When most people are planning their wedding, it’s unlikely that they could imagine it turning into a fully fledged festival…and then an actual festival festival. That’s what happened to Galway couple Cormac Jennings and Sharon Sweeney. In 2019 when they married, they decided to use their farm to hold a wedding festival. The result? A marriage and the realisation that they were onto something special. In July this year, the couple held their first Livestock Festival with 35 bands, 2 stages, a host of other demonstrations and hundreds of attendees. Cormac joined Dermot and Dave to explain how it all came about, and if he’ll be repeating it for 2023.

They all say that Diarmuid has those magic hands! It's Thursday which means Limerick's favourite Chaaawklit seller Noni Considine joins Dermot and Dave. This week she's getting the hair done by celebrity gardener, Diarmuid Gavin.

Having lunch outside always seems like a good idea until a Seagull tries to rob your sandwich. For Dave's World, Dave brought us some random Seagull facts and he also plays a new tune that was devolved by food delivery company Deliveroo along with a Seagull expert to help deter them whenever you need to be left alone. There has been some suggestions that BMW are going to start charging customers to use the heat seating abilities of their cars. Yep, $18 a month for a warm car seat on a cold morning…we’re not against it… However, it’s part of a trend which sees car companies looking at different ways to make money. Dave Humphreys from CompleteCar.ie joined Dermot and Dave to explain what different companies are doing, and answered your questions on everything from the best SVU to buy and if you're better going new or second hand.

Jennifer Doherty from Donegal has done some pretty impressive things, including flying a plane and driving a rally car. But nothing has been more unique than effectively going to Everest on a whim. Last Christmas, she was surprised at her home by Donegal adventurer Jason Black who invited her to join him on a trek in May. Speaking to Dermot and Dave, Jennifer says ‘if I thought about it, I’d have talked myself out of it’. Instead Jennifer, who is blind, took to the footpaths and exercise bike and prepared for a trip of a lifetime. Jennifer joined Dermot and Dave to chat about the incredible experience and why she doesn’t think she’d have done it if she could see!

He was informed that Gold worth millions was buried under his house! For Dave's World, Dave reveals which Hollywood star spent a full year looking for a treasure trove of gold and found nothing. It turns out that it was all a scam! Click Play to find out who the star is.
