Tracey Corbett Lynch has encountered a level of grief that for many of us might seem unimaginable. While we may all be familiar with the tragic circumstances around the death of her sister in law, and then the murder of her brother, Tracey has also struggled with the loss of a twin, her own mother and several other close family members. Now, she has taken what she has sadly had to learn, and written a book 'Loss and What It Taught Me About Living'. In a Mind Yourself Now special, Tracey joined Dermot and Dave to share some of her own tips and experiences as well as explaining why the seven stages of grief are 'bullsh*t'.

It’s one of the best shows on the telly, and it’s rumoured to be coming to an end. The star of ‘Ultimate Hell Weel’, DS Ray Goggins confirmed to Dermot and Dave this morning that there are ‘no plans’ to make more episodes. Dermot and Dave recently set Cathal the challenge to run the Dublin City Marathon. As our population grows, and we welcome people from around the world, the GAA is one space which can really help with integration. When Boidu Sayeh moved here at the age of 8, he only knew of soccer and was introduced to football by his cousins in Ireland. The result has been a long career including playing for his county of Westmeath. Now, he wants to share with others the benefits of getting involved in their community GAA clubs. The Westmeath footballing star joined Dermot and Dave to chat about his love of the game, taking on the DS's in Ultimate Hell Week: The Professionals, and the incredible work he’s doing with Zambrero Ireland. Boidu is taking part in their first ever meal packing event which is taking place on World Hunger Day (Sunday October 16th). With the help of over 100 volunteers, Zambrero aims to pack 30,000 nutritious meals which will be donated to people in need in developing countries. To date, Zambrero has donated an incredible 61.5 million meals to people in need around the world.
