In the latest installment of Challenge Cathal, the lads set the man himself the task of walking from his hometown of Cashel to Marconi House. He will cover 150km in just two and a half days and race against the clock to reach a predetermined check point by sundown every evening. Dermot and Dave checked in as Cashel sent him off and again from the road.

This installment of Dave's World was inspired by none other than our Dermot. It involved Sean Reidy jumping from chairs and Dave recollecting the history of the famous Apache leader Geronimo.

In June 2017, life for Kevin Hayes was only going one way. He was in the write up phase of his PhD, had some amazing job offers and was having the craic with all the ones he loved. On the 22nd of June, the 26 year old died from Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome or ‘SADS’ as it’s more commonly known. Since then, Kevin’s family have been battling through their grief, and trying to find ways to help others. James Hayes, Kevin’s Dad, joined Dermot and Dave to chat about Kevin, grief and an incredible challenge being taken in his memory. In March 2020, comedian Anna Clifford found herself in a state of existential crisis. So she did what any normal person would do - she went on a spiritual pilgrimage to an Air Bnb in Meath to visit a Shaman.
