Hello Friends! We’re playing Besting Each Other with hip hop bestie duo Flyana Boss aka Bobbi and Folayan. Nicole and Sasheer are huge fans so we were so excited.  Bobbi and Folayan met at music school in Los Angeles and formed the group Flyana Boss and became best friends. Folayan’s favorite thing about Bobbi is that she is hilarious and Bobbi knows it. Bobbi loves that Folayan knows a lot about outer space and she’s good with personal space. Folayan wishes that Bobbi would tell her when something bothers her right away while Bobbi wishes Folayan was a bit easier to read sometimes. In 20 years, Bobbi wants them both to live on a farm, have families and be celebrating their 20 year tour. Hey Friends, and it’s a continuation of Black History Month. Nicole shares inventions made by black people. Sasheer shares how she had a perm in her hair for a while. Nicole shares her childhood experience of getting her hair done. Sasheer thinks she’ll continue to be late in celebration of Black History Month while Nicole will continue to talk at full volume in a movie theater. Sasheer is a porch person with a little bit of bike and Nicole is a bike person with a little bit of porch. Sasheer suggests Nicole get massages and she implements that. Nicole has a laughing fit in the best way possible. Sasheer tries to understand why. Nicole thinks there is a pun involved in a drug store name. Sasheer doesn’t think so. Nicole had an interesting interaction with a man in an alley way. Sasheer thinks it might be an underwear fairy. Nicole theorizes that if she did take the underwear, it may have led her to true love. This reminds Sasheer of a YouTube video, “The Bread.” Nicole talks about how Sesame Street character Elmo checked up on people on social media and people are not ok. Sasheer’s favorite Sesame Street character is Mr. Snuffleupagus and Nicole’s favorite is Cookie Monster. Also, Happy Black History Month. Hola amigas! Sasheer and Nicole continue to tell us about their adventures in Africa. Sasheer recounts how in South Africa they met people who knew how to speak eleven different languages. Nicole said when she was in Paris people didn’t want her to speak French. Sasheer learned that she doesn’t enjoy sitting with random strangers but it happened all the time in South Africa. Nicole shares how a driver warned them not to trust anyone in South Africa, plus he wouldn’t stop talking. Hey Friends! Nicole and Sasheer are back from their trip to the motherland, Africa! Unfortunately, they both got covid, but they are on the mend sharing their exciting journey. Sasheer loved the train ride in Zimbabwe. Nicole is convinced that they were best dressed. Sasheer was happy to make international friends. Nicole swam in the Devil’s Pool in Zambia. Sasheer was publicly dubbed the weakest swimmer at the same waterfall.  Nicole dove into some aggressive waves in the Seychelles. On Safari, Sasheer loved seeing the hippos and Nicole really loved the dung beetles. They hated that the trip back was delayed but they have wild stories on how they got back.
