Your idea of fun has changed and that doesn't make you boring | Ep. 5

We’ve all heard of the quarter life crisis… some of us are currently trying to navigate it. I personally think this idea of feeling lost in our 20’s, questioning our passions & goals, navigating friendship dynamics changing, and feeling lost is because our idea of fun is starting to evolve for the first time in years. Suddenly we find ourselves realizing that we no longer have fun doing the things we once did at 18, 21, 25, and so on. Our idea of fun is meant to evolve as we grow, enter new relationships, meet new people, and shift our priorities. As we get older, this idea will evolve at different speeds than your friends which may make you feel boring, lame, and like you are not fun. Rest assured, this isn’t true. It’s time to discover what you enjoy at this new phase of your life without feeling guilty that you are growing out of old interests. You’ll make new friends who enjoy similar things, and you may find yourself reconnecting with friends you once thought you “outgrew”. Oh, and I recap my trip to Aruba with my honest review!Sign-up for my NewsletterJoin my Facebook groupThis podcast is sponsored by Macy’s.
