This week on Beyond Clean we speak with Keith Koby, Senior Vice President - North America at Nanosonics. Keith Koby joined Nanosonics in April 2012 bringing with him more than 25 years of sales experience and healthcare insight. Mr. Koby started his career as an engineer with GE Healthcare. After 16 years, Mr. Koby went on to the infection prevention world and joined Medivators to develop their direct sales strategies and lead high performance sales teams for infection prevention technologies in the U.S. and Canada. Mr. Koby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DeVry University, and a Masters degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Keller Graduate School of Management. He was also a Captain in the U.S. Army where he served 13 years in the U.S. Army Chemical Corps. Mr. Koby has been a member of the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology since 2006. This week on beyond clean we speak with Brandon VanHee, Clinical Education Manager at Key Surgical.  Brandon has over 10 years of experience in leadership positions in the United States Marine Corps and the healthcare industry. This experience led him to work with various medical device companies in product management, new product development, clinical marketing and clinical training roles. Currently, Brandon is the Clinical Education Manager for Key Surgical. He plays an active role in promoting infection prevention best practices in sterile processing and flexible endoscope reprocessing around the globe. Brandon is also currently working to identify and promote sterile processing best practices as a voting member on AAMI ST/WG 84 Endoscope Reprocessing and AAMI ST/WG 93 Cleaning Reusable Medical Devices committees.  Brandon volunteers 2 days a week at a local sterile processing department and is currently working towards CRCST, CER and CIS certifications through IAHCSMM. Steve has worked in healthcare for over a decade, helping to bring advanced solutions to the sterile processing department. He started out as a sales rep for 3M working with hospitals and large surgery centers on the east coast which fueled his passion for the SPD and the teams that work within them. He later transitioned to a clinical expert role within 3M overseeing biomedical electrode and sterilization monitoring solutions.
