Simon grew up in a Christian home and attended church from an early age but it wasn't until the age of 20 when he became a follower of Jesus. Since that time he has been involved in preaching & teaching the Bible in universities and colleges across the country as well serving as the Lead Pastor at Calvary Southampton, a church he founded 17 years ago. Simon has been married for 24 years, has four daughters, son-in-law and grandson. Simon is a musician and Leeds United fan. Rather than preach for agreement and affirmation from fellow believers Riley Taylor believes that we are called to preach with a prophetic edge, addressing the counterfeit gospels and contradictory belief systems that the world has on offer.Riley Taylor is the Lead Pastor at Calvary Fellowship in Mountlake Terrace. His background is in video production and music. He worked as a freelance producer and sound engineer before entering full-time music ministry at Calvary Fellowship in 2009. He served as music director for four years, and helped start two successful churches in the Seattle city center, and was ordained in 2013. After a brief hiatus from ministry and working as a producer at Microsoft, Riley returned to Calvary Fellowship in 2014, this time as an associate pastor and director of the college ministry, then became the Lead Pastor in May 2018. He planted Calvary Chapel Twickenham in 2001.Although exposed to Christianity from an early age, he found it frustrating. It seemed futile to go to church but not actually know God.His connection with Jesus Christ became concrete when he heard the Bible taught chapter-by- chapter, verse-by-verse. Knowing God through what the Bible says became the focus of his life. Inspired by the example of his pastor, Wayne Taylor, Rob began reading, studying, and meditating in his Bible.He travelled as a guitarist with the Robert Case Band across the US, the Far East, and Western Europe.He and his wife moved to Germany to help plant Calvary Chapel Siegen in 1990. They moved to England in 1997 to help plant Calvary Chapel Westminster with Brian Brodersen. Along with planting Calvary Chapel Twickenham Rob has helped plant churches in Russia, Germany, and UK.He is married to Joanie, their daughters are Holly and Katie.
