This week's episode is about timeline work & future probabilities. I often read timelines in my sessions with clients: "Will I get pregnant this year?"  "When will I find a relationship?"  "Do you see me moving?" and my job is to read the 'energy' of these different probabilities.   But this is confusing terminology, for many people. What does a timeline even mean? What's energetic weight? And how do I start creating the energy for a different timeline? I go all into that in this episode. I give examples of my personal experience, my clients, and how you can start to become aware of how to shift your energy and practically apply it to your day to day life. This week's episode is a channeling for the collective, that really dived into the energy around going within oneself to create change in one's outer world.  When I channel, I connect with my guides, higher self, and collective teams to deliver messages for those that will be tuning in and listening to this message. You will notice my tone or voice change speed and sound at different moments, as I allow more or less of my guides energy to influence my speech.  This is a natural part of channeling and while I am never GONE in my channeling it's as though, I am allowing my guides to overlay information over my consciousness and then me just speaking out, whatever I feel moving through. So much wisdom comes out each and every session I do with clients, and I just had to jump on the podcast and share some of the energy, from this client's session. This episode is about the shadow and the inner child. Something that has been coming up over and over and over this past week. This is how I know, there are more people who are needing to work through and understand their shadow differently. I go into what the shadow is, why it's there, and also why you may think the universe is 'holding you back' but it's really your shadow needing to be loved. I also tie in the energy of the inner child and how they connect to you and your shadow, to allow for big healing moments.  I share ways to start working with the shadow and allowing your walls of defense to come down and soften, so that you can truly be present for all parts of you.
