Dr. Jon Chasteen has a diverse background in higher education and local church leadership. He has served as the Lead Pastor of Victory Church since 2014, overseeing multiple campuses in Oklahoma and Texas. From 2018 to 2023, he was also the President of The King's University. Jon holds a Master's in Education and received his Doctorate in University Administration from Oral Roberts University. Recently, he founded "ReLeader," an organization dedicated to empowering leaders to rebuild organizations they didn't break. Jon is also an author, podcaster, and dedicated family man, married to Michele since 2001, with two children, Corey and Jace.
