Whether it's stress about a perceived lack of progress over the last year and a half, a challenging life event on the horizon, or the chaos that can arise from multi-generational communication breakdowns, we all need to take a moment and just breathe. Things have been crazy. Things are currently crazy. And if history has taught us anything, things will continue to be crazy. So slow down, take a moment for yourself, and try to tackle this year one small step at a time.
