On today's program I played a lecture from Rev. Rich Shields given at the 2015 AALC Eastern Regional Conference here in Watseka, IL. This followed my lectures on passive righteousness and active righteousness. The topic is the distinction between law and gospel.

I did a second Question and Answer program today, dealing with multiple topics. I talked about the AALC, differences in beliefs about fellowship between synods, theonomy, the relationship between baptism and salvation, and many other important topics!

On today's program, I was joined again by Rev. Lewis Polzin to continue discussing Henry Eyster Jacobs' book A Summary of the Christian Faith. We discussed chapters nine and ten, on "the grace of God toward fallen men," and "the preparation of redemption."

On today's program I discussed some of the recent decisions of the PCUSA, and the problems inherent in liberal theology. I then examined an article by John Schuck who calls himself a "Christian atheist." I discussed the absurdity of such a claim, and the incoherence of the non-theistic worldview.

On today's program, I continued my discussion of theonomy. I addressed several of the criticisms of my previous program, and addressed some of the ongoing conversation related to the debate between JD Hall and Joel McDurmon. I also tried to explain a historic Lutheran two kingdom approach to culture in contradistinction to claims by John Frame.

On today's program I discussed theonomy in light of the recent debate between JD Hall and Joel McDurmon on the subject. I gave a brief history of the theonomy movement, explained a Lutheran view of the church and state, and gave a brief critique of the theonomic position, along with thoughts on the debate.

On today's program I was joined again by Rev. Lewis Polzin of Trinity Lutheran Church in Bemidji, MN. We continued to work our way through Henry Eyster Jacobs' A Summary of the Christian faith. We discussed chapter 8 on the doctrine of sin.

On today's program, I discussed the role of politics in the Christian pulpit. I discussed different approaches to the relationship between the church and state, and explained a Lutheran view. I then played a sermon that I preached on Sanctity of Life Sunday.
