We went to go see Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw tonight, and it's awesome. You either love the F&F franchise or you don't, and if you love it like we love it this movie is going to satisfy. All the hallmarks are there; insane vehicular action, Loony Tunes meets Three Stooges approaches to violence, suspension of disbelief stretching feats of driving and other forms of derring doo. Maybe it's a tad too long, maybe they lost track of what time of day it was in the third act, but it doesn't matter. We hope they make a dozen more of these things. We'll be back next week to watch the ladies mobbin' through the streets of NYC in The Kitchen! Cecily and A.Ron are back to mourn the loss of a pillar in the Harlots community. What an episode! We were having so much fun, on the edge of our seats, giggling over our muff pistols, eagerly anticipating what a flustercuck the boxing match at Lady Fitz' palace was shaping up to be, and then Harlots crossovered with Game of Thrones, and we're not talking in terms of Theon Greyjoy. It will be interesting to see how the characters will weather the loss, or the show itself for that matter. We have faith in Ms. Newman and Buffini, but we're still reeling from the gut punch they hit us with.
