Robert Ricci- 15 years of career of experience. Currently a Captain on Engine 16 with the Fort Lauderdale Fire Department. Robert is an instructor who has taught in various training conferences within the Florida area one being Making Engine’s Great Again. Chief Costa has worked in a variety of organizations, including the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE), rural districts, semi-rural districts. He is currently working on a masters degree in fire service leadership and emergency services management.

16 years career experience with the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue. Currently Lieutenant and the Senior lead instructor for Miami-Dade’s training division for the past 5 years.
