Bob is the founder and CEO of Salad Technologies. After starting his career as a pilot and aeronautical performance engineer at Qantas Airways, Bob co-founded the digital production company responsible for The Green Way Up, a twelve-part television series commissioned by National Geographic and distributed through Netflix. The program followed Bob and his fellow engineers as they journeyed across the Australian continent in a vehicle powered by a waste-to-fuel system of their own design. Bob went on to leverage several years' experience product managing mobile applications as the co-founder of a connected car startup that developed networked software for consumer automobiles. He later relocated to the United States to take a position as Head of Product at a consumer drone manufacturer, where his passion for aviation coalesced with his expertise in building networked applications.
Bob lives to explore radical new technologies and develop products that benefit everyday people. He is also an avid traveler, having visited North Korea twice and completed several solo bicycle tours in Russia, South Korea, and Myanmar.

Levi Belnap serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Merlyn Mind. As a serial-entrepreneur, Levi has led the creation of innovative new technology ventures within existing organizations and as independent venture-backed startups.
Prior to joining Merlyn Mind, Levi was the VP of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at Wyzant. At Wyzant, Levi led the creation of new business opportunities to bring Wyzant’s marketplace of 80,000 expert tutors to more students. This included a breakthrough new business model with higher education institutions using targeted tutoring interventions to increase student retention rates from 70% to 90% for their most at-risk students.
Levi was the founder & CEO of FindIt, a venture-backed mobile search company focused on multivariate visual search across cloud repositories to simplify human-computer interaction and improve collaboration and knowledge transfer in the workplace.
Levi earned a BA in Political Science and Arabic from Brigham Young University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School where he studied innovation under the late Professor Clayton Christensen.
