Michele D’Innella is an author and audio content creator. He studied Law at the University of Bari and he is currently doing an LL.M. in International & Comparative Law at George Washington University.

Özgenur Kara Balcı, completed her bachelor’s degree at Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2015, was granted an LLM degree at Ankara University Graduate School of Social Sciences with her LLM thesis entitled “Financial Leasing of Ships in Maritime Law” and she is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Ankara University Graduate School of Social Sciences. During her LLM studies, Ms. Kara Balcı has been in Germany with the Erasmus+ Program at University of Mannheim School of Law and Economics. She is working as a research assistant at Ankara University Faculty of Law Maritime Law Department since 2018 and as a researcher at Ankara University National Center for the Sea and Maritime Law (DEHUKAM) since 2021. Currently, she is conducting her Ph.D. research at Tulane University Law School in the U.S. as a visiting scholar with a scholarship from the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK). Her research areas are Maritime Law, Transport Law

Renato Saeger M. Costa specializes in Constitutional, Comparative, and Administrative Law. He graduated with an LLB from the Faculty of Law at the Catholic University of Pernambuco, in Brazil, and holds an LLM from the University of Queensland, in Australia, where he held an Endeavour Awards Postgraduate Scholarship. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate and RTP scholar at T.C. Beirne School of Law from the University of Queensland, where he also teaches public and constitutional law. Furthermore, he is also the creator of the channel Aussie Law on Youtube. Opinions are his own, Renato spoke to the podcast in his personal capacity.

Dr. Jodan Daci graduou-se com honras pela Universidade de Tirana em 2002. Em 2003, completou seu Mestrado Europeu em Democracia e Direitos Humanos na Universidade de Bolonha, Itália. Dr. Daci concluiu seu doutorado em Direito Público na Universidade de Tirana em 2010. Tem mais de 12 anos de experiência profissional e acadêmica, particularmente nas áreas de administração pública, ensino superior, pesquisa, organizações internacionais, direito, ONGs e etc. Trabalhou como consultor/coordenador e Relator Nacional sobre o Judiciário Albanês para a Iniciativa de Estado de Direito da Ordem dos Advogados Americana (ABA Rule of Law Initiative) em Washington D.C. Atualmente atua como advogado e reitor da faculdade de direito da Qiriazi University.
