The Power of Your Mind for Overcoming Limiting Beliefs
[[:encoded, "The idea to establish your business came from the belief that you could do it, that you had it in you. But then somewhere along the journey, you lost the conviction in yourself. Perhaps you wondered things like:\n\n•\tI’m too old to be venturing into this. It’s not within my capacity. \n•\tThis will consume all of me. \n•\tI won’t be able to pull it off. The risks are too great!\n•\tThe last betrayal was too great. I can’t trust people again. \n•\tI’m too old to keep doing this.\n•\tWith continual change, I can’t keep up.\n•\tIf I ask for referrals and introductions from my clients, they will think I’m too pushy.\n\nDo you know what all these statements are? They’re your limiting beliefs. They do nothing but incapacitate you and make excuses for not achieving goals that you desire. The solution for a big change and a big break is only a step away. Do you know what that step is?\n\nIt is overcoming your limiting beliefs and tapping into the power of your mindset. If you don’t know how to do that, keep reading. \n\nInitiating a Shift in Mindset to Overcome Limiting Beliefs\n\nBy overcoming your limiting mindsets, you can earn the freedom, meaningfulness, productivity, purpose, and the fulfillment you deserve. The truth is that nothing is beyond a human being’s reach, only if they put their mind to it. \n\nAll the power rests in the mindset and how you mould it to drive your success and fulfillment. Your mindset is how you think and your intuition regarding certain things. If only you could acknowledge one fact deep into your heart and mind, that limiting beliefs trigger unhappiness, you wouldn’t have difficulty changing it.\n\nIt is often an ignorance of this one vital fact that renders us incapable of overcoming the limiting mindset. A powerful and an unrestricted mindset can take you a long way. It helps you destroy all those barriers that inhibit your achievement of goals and your progress. \n\nLimiting Beliefs - Where do they come from?\n\nFirst of all, let’s understand that limiting beliefs are merely unconscious thoughts that sneak into our mind before we’ve had a chance to block them. These thoughts actually have a very cunning way of using our past bitter experiences to remind us why failure is more likely if we proceed with what we want to. \n\nHence, they stem from our past bad experiences in life or of those in our circle. But they can have other sources of origin as well. Some of those include:\n\n•\tHereditary\nWe do not refer to inheriting Unlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! 7 Tips to Creating Better Goals You Are Inspired to Achieve
[[:encoded, "You’ve probably read it all. You’ve opened multiple pages and tabs on the internet in pursuit of that crucial knowledge on how to create even better business goals, so you can accelerate your results.\n\nAs a business owner, your goals represent more than numbers on a scale. They serve as important milestones that motivate you and immortalize your contributions to your business, and to those you serve.\n\nWhen setting your goals, you have to pay attention to what your business stands for, what services or products you provide, who your target market is, how you hope to speak to that market, what solutions you want to provide, what milestones you want to set, and at what point to tick those milestones as complete.\n\nOther than these points, you should be ready to ask for help when your business needs it, hire valuable help, gain important skills, make tough decisions, and put in the work that’ll help you achieve these goals.\n\nEven while doing this, you are not assured of the success of any of these goals. Some goals may make a comeback year after year because they are not attained. When goals make a comeback regularly, it is possible to get frustrated to the point of quitting.\n\nThat’s why these seven tips for creating better business goals comes in handy.\n\n1. Rationalize the Results\nBefore setting your goals, it is best to think about the results you want to achieve. Take a longer look into the future and be reasonable with your expectations. In a year, what do you want to have achieved business-wise? \n\nAre these goals what you truly want? Are they also important enough for you to commit your valuable time and resources to? Are they worth investing in?\n\nWhen you think of the results you want to achieve, you should have absolute confidence in the path you are about to set yourself upon.\n\n2. SMART Goals Are the Key\nWhen creating better goals, you need to apply the SMART principles, which I’m sure you are familiar with. Your goals should be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time bound. \n\nSome people think their goals have to be ‘realistic.’ Realistic is somewhat relative. I believe that setting a goal that may seem a bit out of reach or a challenge works to motivate most people even more. If you don’t achieve this stretch goal, you will feel better because you will have achieved more than you would have originally set as a realistic goal. \n\nWhen your goals meet these principles, you have chalked off the greatest challeUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! Benefits of Setting Goals
[[:encoded, "As a business owner, you’ve certainly heard by now that setting goals, both personally and professionally, is an endeavor of the highest quality and leads to prosperity. It might even start to sound a little cliché, but why does goal setting really matter? After all, you probably have a general idea of where you want to go. Isn’t that enough? \n\nActually, it’s not. Come along with me as I show you why.\n\nLet’s start with your personal life. Maybe there was a point when you knew it was time to take action. Perhaps you wanted to shed some pounds, get more sleep, or eat better. Or maybe you wanted to save more money, give back through volunteer work, or carve out more time for your family and friends. All worthy goals…but where to begin?\n\nEven though it can be challenging to implement substantial changes, the advantages are nearly always in your best interest! But as you probably know, just wanting to achieve goals like these won’t get you very far. \n\nNo, you’ll need a plan.\n\nNow let’s switch gears and consider your life as a professional. Maybe your career is rocking along. You’re exactly where you want to be. Perhaps you’re t-h-i-s close to where you want to be. Or maybe you’re just getting started. No matter the phase of your business, the benefits of good ol’ goal setting can’t be overstated. In fact, it’s essential to your success as a business owner—just like it is in your personal life.\n\nWhile setting goals at work may not trim your waistline like a healthy diet would, it’ll point you in the direction of your dreams. And as a business owner, you really can’t succeed for long without it. Let’s take a closer look.\n\nBenefits of Goal Setting\nAs author, philanthropist, and coach, Tony Robbins, once said, “Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible”. That’s a pretty powerful statement. With this in mind, remember that goals are what gives direction and wings to your dreams. \n\nThere are five benefits of goal setting we’ll consider here:\n1.\tYou’ll gain clarity. Without clarity, you may experience a scenario like Abbott and Costello’s famous skit, Who’s on First. While their confusion is undoubtedly entertaining and memorable, you don’t want to create this absurdity in your own workplace. In fact, leaders who don’t set goals are likely to have subpar results, unengaged employees, and a company culture lacking initiative. On the other hand, by having clarity, you’ll better understand the purpose of your goals aUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! Effective Goal Setting – 5 Ways to Stick to Your Goals
[[:encoded, "As cliché as it sounds, there is nothing else that determines success more than effective goal setting. Effective goals provide the clarity and path to reach success and achievement, including new business plans, professional development to New Year’s resolutions, etc. \n\nHowever, goal setting is not an easy process, despite its crucial role. Goals are the first steps towards our future planning and impact the development of our skills concerning the multiple facets of life. They help us identify the targets where we can launch our proverbial arrows. \n\nHence, it is not an easy process to identify goals. If you wish to pave a smooth and sure way to success, here are a few things you need to know about effective goal setting and achievement. \n\nBefore we launch into a detailed explanation, I’d like you to answer this question. Do you currently possess a mindset that allows growth and achievement of goals through your life and sheer hard work? Your answer determines your mindset power. \n\nYou see, having the right mindset is what establishes the difference between failure and achieving remarkable results. A powerful mindset empowers you to work hard and dedicate your life to making your dreams and ambitions come true. If you don’t own the mindset that allows this, then your achievement quota will be limited and uninspiring. \n\nWhen it comes to effective goal setting, nothing can be more beneficial than a growth mindset. The latter is a form of thinking that convinces your subconscious into believing in your capabilities of success. It urges you to think that you can get whatever you want in life only if you put your mind and effort into it. \n\nAbility undoubtedly plays an integral part too, but it will not suffice till you have a concrete belief system. Moreover, you will have to align your beliefs with the proper habits to propel you into positive action. \n\nDo you know what the most powerful tool humans possess? Yep, it is our brain!\n\nIf you find computers impressive, you’d be awestruck to know that our brains have a series of processors inside, typically like a computer’s. You can only imagine its tremendous capability of thought and conscious actions at a time. This all narrows down to one concrete fact: our brain possesses magnificent processing powers to help us achieve our goals. \n\nTapping into this exceptional power is essential, and here’s how you should do it:\n\nTo tap into this exceptional concept, here are a few helpful tips.\n•\tUnlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today! How to Increase Your Productivity with Time Blocking
[[:encoded, "As a business owner, you often get pulled in many different directions, which can lead to thinly-spread focus and subpar quality of work. How many times have you started responding to an email, only to have a team member ping you to ask a question about an upcoming project, and then realize you had a meeting starting in two minutes?\n\nWhile there are many things that need your attention, not everything needs your attention right now. You can increase productivity by building a habit of time blocking each day.\n\nTime blocking is the practice of scheduling out each moment of your day on your calendar. It may look overwhelming to have a completely full calendar, but it’s a great way to understand when to focus on certain activities and create much-needed structure in your schedule.\n\nHow to start blocking out time on your calendar\nFilling up your calendar doesn’t mean it needs to be followed exactly, every single day. Allow for flexibility, especially as circumstances change and crises inevitably arise. Think of it more as a framework, a place to get started and increase productivity before you even start working. Let me share some ideal to help you to start setting up your own time blocking calendar or get even better at time blocking.\n\nStart with Your Own Routines\nWhile the majority of your day will be work-related tasks, it’s important to set aside time for your own personal routines. Working out, for example, provides many benefits for business owners. If you prefer exercising in the morning, block off an hour to an hour and a half in the morning on your calendar for your workout time.\n\nBlock Off Dedicated Email Time\nIt can be tempting to check each email as it comes in, but interrupting your current task you are working on to check your email can shift your focus. In doing so, it will take more time to refocus on what you were originally doing, leading to a less productive work session. Block off a couple of one-hour blocks during the day, as needed, to check and respond to emails. I recommend 11:00 and 4:00, so you aren’t checking email first thing and getting off schedule first thing in the morning.\n\nSave Time for Lunch\nDon’t forget to eat! 8 Tips for What It Takes to Achieve Your Goals
[[:encoded, "Business professionals like you know that goal setting is vital. But sometimes, the process may feel overwhelming, or perhaps it just hasn’t worked well for you in the past. Have no fear. You will find the eight helpful tips I’m sharing with you to help you meet your goals. These go beyond the basics of goal setting, like brainstorming, writing your goals down, and creating an action plan. So, let’s go!\n\n1.\tPrioritize listening. For any business professional to meet their goals, they must possess a crucial soft skill: open-mindedness. This term means you can take in information that might challenge your beliefs. You’re able to ask questions and allow others to express their opinions, even if you disagree. Closed-minded people only care about their own viewpoints, and typically, they don’t give any consideration to other ideas. Without open-mindedness as a leader, you likely will not reach your goals, so listen, remain open-minded, and model trust and cooperation.\n\n2.\tUse strategic thinking. Strategic thinking, though, means you can analyze critical factors that affect long-term success. To improve this skill, consider the big picture and planning ahead. Then, you’re able to view your options and make more intentional decisions. Strategic thinking helps put your thoughts into action, allowing you to meet those goals.\n\nApplying strategic thinking practices to your business will accelerate your success by allowing a crystal-clear focus to drive daily tasks - for you and your team. Think of confidence as an aura that accompanies you everywhere. Confidence causes people to notice when you enter a room. You turn their heads because your demeanor communicates poise and dignity. And by being self-assured, your team has a reason to look up to you. Then, they’re more inspired to work, creating a productive and trusting atmosphere that leads to high achievement. \n\n4.\tGuide your team like a coach. You may have had a favorite coach growing up. They likely guided and encouraged you rather than just barking blunt or unhelpful directions. With a coaching mindset, you’re able to communicate that you respect your employees, believe in their ability to grow, and value their contributions and Unlock a blueprint to creating and having your ideal business and ideal life by scheduling your free consultation with me today!
