Cody came to Canada at age 18 from Taiwan. He came to study at one of Canada’s top universities and ended up buying multiple properties from 2016 to 2020. He then quit his 6-figure job as an engineer to focus on his stock trading business. Cody believes that true wealth in real estate lies in the equity the investors acquire and accessing it rather than the monthly cash flow. He gets his cash flow from buying stock and selling stock options. That’s how he sped up his buying process.
