In Krugersdorp South Africa in 2012 a woman named Cecelia Steyn walked into a church claiming she escaped a satanic cult and wanted deliverance. The church got behind her and supported her for a while but eventually Cecelia wanted more. She formed a sub sect of the church and named it Electus Per Deus.
